A moving offer

In 2014 Beresford Residential was proud to announce an on-going sponsorship initiative which enabled them to make sizeable donations to Furzedown FACE and support our local charities.

For over two years they made a generous donation for every sign displayed promoting our Quiz Night and helped pay for the food for the evening. This was a big help in making our events successful, they also made this special offer for local Furzedown residents:

"We will make a donation to FACE for each person that uses Beresford Residential. For any new client that mentions FACE when they book a valuation of their property, we will donate £500 if we go on to sell the property, or £300 if we go on to let the property. We will also make a donation to FACE if any friends or neighbours refer a landlord to us – e.g. if you're renting a property and decide to move home, where you pass your landlord’s contact details to us and we go on to work with the landlord to re-let the property. Lastly, as part of the initiative we are offering 1/3rd off of our standard fees and these discounted rates should make us more competitive than any other local estate agents.
