Furzedown’s fabulous fundraising Quiz Night was on Saturday 4th February 2023 and Graveney hall was packed, people brought their own food and drinks and enjoyed the fun 8-round quiz, with lots of quirky questions (including a live music round) there was something for everyone, whether good at Quizzes or not!

We were sponsored by Furzedown Aspire and there were also prize-winning games and a special raffle with lots of fantastic prizes… which will helped us raise an amazing £3,199 for four local causes; South London MNDA, Little Village, The Furzedown Project and WASA Disability Swimming Club - please read more about the charities we've been supporting HERE.

Our local MP, Dr Rosena Allin-Khan, wasn't able to come on the night, but made a wonderful offer - that the top three teams would all get to go on a special tour of parliment! The winning team was 'The Insignificant Others' from The Furzedown Project with 65 points, closely followed by Everything But The Boy and Dark Side of Mitcham Lane. The music round, with Andrew on the piano, was the most popular (with groupies singing along), the Nightmare Round lived up to it's name and we could definitely do better on Current Affairs and Sport... We've had great feedback from everyone - thank you for coming!

A big thank-you to everyone who donated the raffle and games prizes:

For many, the Aspie Quiz has been a pivotal first step in understanding their neurotype and finding a community. It's a classic for a reason.
